Sourcing Specialist (m/w/d)
The main role of Sourcing Specialist at Nilorn is to develop and implement sourcing plan and strategy by regions and build competitive supplier base in Europe and Turkey. The role will report to Global Purchase Manager. Develop sourcing plan in Europe and Turkey with all internal stakeholders including sales, product development, sustainability and design. Conduct market research for regional supplier bases, price trend, and material supply. Supporting Global Purchase Manager in driving the execution and delivery of Sourcing objectives, strategies and cost excellence, and managing risks. Build competitive supplier base in the regions and regularly review the preferred suppliers. Ensure that sourcing category strategies incorporate the needs of business and stakeholders within the group. Drive continuous improvement in cost, process, quality and services with suppliers. Develop and maintain vendor and supplier relationships. In conjunction with sourcing offices, deliver simplification, optimization, and standardization of sourcing related processes in the country that increases efficiency, improves risk and control and ensure that sourcing processes are delivered in a transparent manner that incorporates anti bribery and corruption measures. Enforce the usage of sourcing tools that increases efficiency, contestability, compliance and spend control. Coordinate with different sourcing offices to share the best practices. Implement global sourcing policy and standardized process in the regions. Support material and product innovation with Nilorn's stakeholders and partners. Support Nilorn responsible sourcing and work closely with Sustainability and CSR team for supplier compliance and governance. Lead and work with suppliers and partner for the roadmap towards high level of sustainability standard.
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in Supply Chain, Textile, Purchasing or related disciplines At least 3 years' experience in purchasing and/or strategic sourcing. Excellent analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skills. Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics. Computer skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. High attention to detail, curiosity and creative thinking. Good interpersonal skills and ability to network and utilize internal and external resources. Good communicator and excellent level of English, both written and spoken. Willing to travel. Nilorn Sweden
