Key Account Manager Germany (f/m/d)
Set up customer meetings and expand the customer portfolio for the German market. Presenting, promoting, and selling our six solutions to brands within the relevant industries. Identify the right customers for our solutions perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their goals. Create and execute on sales strategies for your customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and long-term customer relationships. Achieve agreed on sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments & countries. Analyse the territory/market potential and track sales and status reports. Work closely with Brand Coordinators to ensure the best service for customers. Gather input from customers on solutions and product collections for future product development
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role with proven results. You are professional, ambitious, driven and highly motivated, with a positive attitude and bright outlook. You have a good knowledge and understanding of the fashion/textile market. You have excellent communication and negotiating skills. You can create and deliver presentations and collections tailored to customers' needs. You love to talk to customers, maintain good relationships, and consistently replenish your customer portfolio. You like to travel - you should expect travelling days in this position. You work systematically and have an eye for detail. You are creative and possess keen business acumen and entrepreneurial instinct. You can quickly adapt and handle change and can meet shifting customer demands
