He / She acts as a key leader to promote the brand position in Germany and achieve the PR/Communication Group Brand vision. End goal is to improve sales and profitability through best Brand desirability & awareness development. Well increase the overall Brand Awareness in % Inside and Outside the Target Group. Drive and accelerate aided Brand Awareness & Consideration in %. Means to further decisively increase Actual Conversion Rate to Aided Brand Awareness in % And work together with the Manager Digital with the following KPIs ... Brand Desirability in % Purchase Intend in % PR Print Kick Back Results in Mio. Euro Store Foot-Fall (inside/outside) RT Conversion Rate in % Yearly Business Planning PR/Communication Marketing. Very close teamwork with the Manager Digital Communication. Control & Drive the PR, Creative agencies as well as the strategic cooperation with the leading publishing houses in Germany (Burda, Condenast, G&J & Springer). Close cooperation with headquarters in Paris to coordinate strategic marketing and PR & communication activities. Attending and the management of various events (influencer, PR, motivational) and special media events (top level). To represent the Longchamp brand. Planning and implementation of events in Longchamp's own stores & concessions as well as specialist retailers in the German market. Cooperation management with external partners. Formation of the marketing & communication interface to the areas of own retail, wholesale & administration. Monthly PR media reporting and Budgeting to the management Very close cooperation with the managing director Dotted line to reg. Digital Managers Paris. PR Inhouse Based up on the international strategical Longchamp PR & Communication brief Paris, define regarding local German seasonal PR strategy including respective local action targets. PR implementation of collections (women, men, bags, shoes, RTW, accessories). Quarterly follow-up meetings in Munich 3 meetings/season. Daily communication PR / Communication / Budget team Paris. According trend, design input. General PR Action & Budget management. Management of look book pictures and stills, press kit preparation and implementation, press release proof reading, »mood«- and idea suggestions for press mailings. incl. send-out of press releases/press kits, if requested. Proactive interview placements, coordination in suitable media which are important for image building plus placing actual topics, collections and brand stories & product. Manage interview requests. Active PR work Collection and product placement, themes and stories definition of priority titles (A, B & C titles). Newsletter and mailing send-outs (topics, updates, highlights). Online PR Collection and product placement, online themes and stories Definition of priority titles (A, B & C websites). Hospitality and press appointments - arranging appointments with journalists, stylists, celebrities, Influencers - lunch/dinner appointments plus meetings at the different publishing houses. Press trips to Hamburg, Paris & international. Sample management with the publishing houses, stylists, bloggers. Showroom Management / Collection management Seasonal opening and closure - add samples to data, labelling and inventory, packing - 4 seasons 4 x 15h per season. Sample report & summary based on loaning's and most wanted pieces. Manage clipping reports reporting. Collection presentation Spring/Summer Collection (Paris) January 10th, 11th, 12th 2 days Autumn/Winter Collection (Paris) June 2 days per season Local Domestic Press Days Longchamp standalone press day in Munich Manage Munich Press Day for highly recommended journalists & blogger Hamburg, Berlin, Vienna and Zurich will be flown to Munich. International press days Paris Paris March 2 day & October 2 days VIP & Opinion Leader Dressing Definition & contact relationship management and celebrity/OPL determination who match with the brand as ambassadors // long term or short-term collaborations.
Business & Personal Qualifications 5 to 10 years of senior professional experience in the field of Marketing, Communication PR, Trade Marketing, Digital preferably in the fashion business / luxury goods industry Completed university studies with a focus on communication Sciences, Marketing PR Very good knowledge of English and or French Highly developed Communication and organizational skills Structured and result-oriented way of working High commitment and service readiness characterized by flexibility and creativity High Level of Energy, Authenticity, Confident & Friendly Appearance Ready to handle high workloads, durable & 30% traveling to be done
