Work closely with the team to create successful, fashion forward, innovative collections & being aware of current trends. Attend exhibitions / store events / comp shop looking for new opportunities and ideas to keep direction fresh. Manage styles from concept to production stage. Ensure brand DNA has continuity throughout design. Manage the day-to-day task assignment and work flow for the greater design Team. Communicate Seasonal Inspiration and Design Direction to the greater Design Team Lead the designers in creating seasonal fabric direction boards. Ensure Design Team is adhering to our 'Critical Path' production calendar Work closely with sales team to interpret, follow and execute the design direction.

Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently but also as part of a team. Strong background working across womenswear woven design is essential for this role Previous experience working for a streetwear fashion brand is required for this role Ability to travel when needed. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of sketching and fabrics sourcing knowledge. Experience in the field for at least 5 years Knowledge of materials, basics of cutting design and technology Advanced knowledge of English NECESSARY= daily oral and written communication Knowledge of working on a PC (Illustrator, MS OFFICE, Outlook) Passion for fashion, innovation, creativity Energetic, enthusiastic with new ideas and passion coupled with creative flair
